Be the Change You Want
to See in the World...for One Cat at a Time!

What is Here to the Rescue:
  • A charitable organization that assists free-roaming felines, and their caregivers, with low-cost spay/neuter/vaccinations, appropriate outdoor housing, and educational support.
  • To sustain, then reduce, the free-roaming feline population through trap-neuter-return.
  • Provides care for free-roaming cats and/or kittens, during colony trap-neuter-return, unable to survive outdoors until adopted or transferred to a no-kill rescue/shelter.
  • A partner with shelters, rescues, veterinarian clinics, mobile clinics, and other facilities in the community to improve the outcome of the free-roaming feline population.

Our Mission:
To sustain, then decrease, the free-roaming feline population through trap-neuter-return and spay/neuter.
To promote feline identification/management, such as eartips, microchipping, colony management forms, which encourages forever placement.

What is TNR:
Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) is a method of managing free-roaming felines. The cats are humanely trapped, taken to a licensed veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, ear tipped, and returned to their outdoor home to live out the rest of their lives.

Here to the Rescue is a volunteer based 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Federal ID # 84-2396089.
Our program relies entirely on much needed and appreciated donations from the public. These donations are tax deductible and are necessary for our program to continue to assist caregivers and their colonies to benefit from the only humane method to sustain the free-roaming population through Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR).

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to the all our Vet Clinics for their support and commitment to our TNR program. Their dedication to every individual cat's care is greatly appreciated.
